Recipe seafood chowder soup

seafood chowder soup


Ingredient :
Vegetables oil
Onion
Garlic
Flour
Fish stock
Bay leaf
Fish
Prawn
Crabmeat
Heavy cream
Basil
Salt/pepper

Method :
-heat the oil in a heavy soup pt in moderated heat. Add the onion and garlic cook until tender but not brown,add stir flour to make roux. Put in the stock and whisk and bring it to boil
-add herbs and add seafood,stir in the hot cream,season to teste with salt and pepper
-ready to serve
