Ingredient :
850 gm diamond flour
100 gm butter
500 ml fresh milk
20 gm yeast
Cheese/paprika
Method :
-Added all ingredient & knead until flat & smooth
-Pour away fresh milk a little bit while knead until become doh
-Make even dough put paprika/cheese & cut long shape & put
piece dough into bowl witch put some flour
-Rub egg on top piece dough
-Enter to over for 12-15 minute with timeing under 150 Celsius &
above 200 Celsius
-Let until chocolate
