Recipe Fry fish fingers

Fry fish fingers

Ingredient :

500 gm fish meat
200 gm bread crumb
2 nos egg
100 gm flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp white paper


Method :

-Cut fill up fish & shape like fingers & clean
-Mix fill up fish with white paper & salt
-Blanching fill up fish into flour & dip into egg
 and then dip into bread crumb
-Fried fish until cook and then became golden
 brown
