Ingredient :
1 kg meat
100 gm shallots
50 gm garlic
2 nos onion
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
3 nos lemon grass
50 gm fennel
50 gm cumin
50 gm spices seed
10 gm Cinnamon
10 gm Cardamom
1 pct curry spices
20 gm chili paste
500 gm coconut paste
1 ½ liter coconut milk
100 gm Tamarind
Salt
Sugar
Oil
Wild lime leaves
Turmeric leaves
Method :
-Cut meat & wash
-Prepare wok, added meat, added mix ingredient, spices, curry spices, chili paste into
meat
-Cook with slow fire until withdraw water
-When meat is getting soft added coconut milk, coconut past, tamarind water, salt, sugar
& test rendang
-Cook rendang until thick/dry
-Disseminate lime leaves & turmeric leaves
