Ingredient :
800 gm diamond flour
50 gm sugar
10 gm salt
10 gm format
50 gm yeast
50 gm butter
250 gm fresh milk
4 nos egg
Method :
-Flour, format, salt mix
-Added fresh milk with sugar, yeast & let for a second
-Enter mixed flour, egg, butter into mixer & dough doh with milk
-Knead doh until good & not sticky
-Rest doh for half hour until became double size
-Punch doh again, & make like doughnut
-Fright doughnut until became yellow brown
-Take & put with sugar
