Recipe Hungarian beef goulash

Hungarian beef goulash


Ingredient :

Beef bottom
Oil
Mirepoix
Onion
Celery
Carrot
Tomato puree
Brown stock
Flour

Method :

-Heat the oil and onion sprout and shoot pieces of meat, cook until soft
-then shoot tomato puree and stir until oil breaks
-then shoot and shoot vegetable seasoning
-then ready to be served
