Roasted tender beef with black pepper sauce


Ingredient :

Tenderloin
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Basil
Bay leaf
Parsley

For sauce :

Black pepper
Brown stock
Salt
Herbs
Garlic

Method :

-beef tenderloin with herbs marinate for 30 minutes
and create a pan stear techniques to the body color of meat
-Roast beef and in Combi oven for 30 minutes
-then ready to be served

for sauce :

-take the frying oil with herbs Garlic
-then shoot the brown stock
-after the shoot black paper stock simmer to thicken sauce add Roux
-ready to be served.
