Pan lamb rack France style with black pepper sauce


Ingredient :

Lamb rack
Hp sauce
Paprika
Salt
White pepper
Oil

Method :

-mix Hp sauce, paprika, salt, white pepper powder and oil together. Foid gently by using whisk
-portion the rack individually, marinate with the mixture. Put it aside for a moment until the mixture is absorbed thoroughly
-heat the pan and cook by desire doneness
-ready to serve
