Recipe Nasi lemak

Nasi lemak



Ingredients :

1 cup rice
3 screw pine leaves
Salt
1 cup coconut milk


Method :

-Clean the rice & drain squeeze out 2 cup of thick coconut milk
 with screw pine leaves
-Add the salt
-If you desire, you can add the sliced shallot & ginger
-Serve the rice with slice hard boiled egg ,sambal ikan bilis 


Recipe Mini burger

Ingredient :

500 gm minced meat
100 gm bread crumb
4 nos burger bun
1 nos egg
Salt
Pepper

Decoration :

4 pct cheese
10 gm lettuce
1 nos cucumber
1 nos tomato

Method :

-Mix minced meat & onion, bread crumb, egg, salt & pepper
-Shape the minced meat into a bit flat & round
-Grill minced meat in a hot pan until half cook
-Let it cook, sprinkle with grated cheese on the meat & put
 it in the oven 180 c for half hour
-Cut burger bun & let it for a while in the salamander for a
 while
-After minced meat is cook, decoration it with burger bun
 with lettuce, cucumber & tomato  


Recipe fruit jelly

ingredients

300 gm fresh blackberries or frozen
185 gm sugar
60 ml lime juice optional
3 tbsp gelatin

method

-place the fruit with any juice, caster sugar, lime juice water in sauce pan
-stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved
-cover & bring to the boil. reduce the heat & simmer gently for 15 minutes uncover & cool for 10 minutes
-place the fruit in a muslin-line sieve & strain into a bowl without pushing any fruits through. put a little of the juice in a small pan. sprinkle the gelatin in a even layer over the surface. leave to go sponge. then stir over low heat until dissolved. do not boil. combine with the remaining juice
-wet a 1.25 liter jelly mould & pour in the jelly mixture. refrigerator for 4 hour or until set


Recipe Double boiling chocolate

Ingredient :

300 gm chocolate
500 ml water


Method :

-Cut chocolate to small pieces & added into bowl
-Put water into pan & let then until boiling
-Then added bowl into pan & mix chocolate until dilution

Ingredient :

100 gm egg plant
100 gm cauliflower  (vegetables)
100 gm carrot
1 no apple
1 no pineapple   (banana)
1 no banana
200 gm flour
100 gm corn flour
100 gm rice flour (mix all together)
10 gm baking powder



Method :

-Cut vegetable & fruit & wash
-Dip that ingredient into mix flour & fright until brown
  yellow
-Take & tos
-Serve in hot

Ingredient :

1 pct popiah skin
1 no carrot (julienne)
1 no sengkuang (julienne)
500 gm taugeh
100 gm beef
1 tbsp asyter sauce
1 tbsp white pepper
50 gm red chilies (julienne)
100 gm shallots (sliced)
50 gm garlic (sliced)
Oil for deep frying

Method :

-Hot the oil & sauté shallots & garlic
-Put beef & mix again
-Added all vegetable & mix flatter
-Put all feel substance & until vegetable cook
-Take & cooled
-Role popiah with filling vegetable & fright until became
 brown yellow
-Serve hot with sauce  


Recipe Doughnuts

Ingredient :

800 gm diamond flour
50 gm sugar
10 gm salt
10 gm format
50 gm yeast
50 gm butter
250 gm fresh milk
4 nos egg


Method :

-Flour, format, salt mix
-Added fresh milk with sugar, yeast & let for a second
-Enter mixed flour, egg, butter into mixer & dough doh with milk
-Knead doh until good & not sticky
-Rest doh for half hour until became double size
-Punch doh again, & make like doughnut
-Fright doughnut until became yellow brown
-Take & put with sugar
